In autumn, we were awarded the BIG SEE Product Design Award 2022 for our collection of sports products with an original Indigo dyed surface.This collection was nominated also for the best project (Grand Prix) in the Leisure category.The award ceremony took place at the Slovenian Castle, where a large exhibition was also prepared. On the day of the award ceremony, there were also very inspiring personal presentations of the award-winning projects, where we also gave lectures.Among the many projects from all over Europe, 3 projects in other categories were awarded from Slovakia, you can find them in the photos below.
Viktor Devečka: “It is an important design award for me.Because the European-wide jury appreciated our contribution to the sports ski segment.It is a combination of cultural and design tradition with a sports product.Such a connection is unique in the world.I was even more pleased that the director of the entire competition, Zmago Novak, showed a personal interest in our joint venture with Broňa Brtáňová and Matej Rabada.”
Broňa Brtáňová: “I really enjoy the Indigo dyed project, especially the collaboration with Matej and Veronika Rabada or Ondrej Jób on lettering.And we keep adding new things to our collection, the latest being the THRAK skis, which already have their final form.I am very pleased that we were noticed in Slovenia as well and that this joint project was appreciated.It was absolutely amazing to spend the whole day at the Ljubljana Castle, where exhibitions, presentations and lectures about award-winning, extremely high-quality and interesting designs from all over Europe took place, up to the gala dinner associated with the presentation of the Grand Prix.“

In autumn, we were awarded the BIG SEE Product Design Award 2022 for our collection of sports products with an original Indigo dyed surface. This collection was nominated also for the best project (Grand Prix) in the Leisure category. The award ceremony took place at the Slovenian Castle, where a large exhibition was also prepared.
