We are growing and listening to your wishes. That’s why we decided to prepare a completely new concept of the SKADI ski for you for the next season. The new SKADI is designed for All-mountain and Freetouring in a width of 98 mm under the foot. We kept the Twin-Tip from the original ski, added a pronounced rocker in the front and back, the new SKADI is easy to control and has added carbon fibers. Despite all the innovations, it has maintained its price. In the first pre-order it is available from €790, if you manage to order them by June 31, 2025. You can pre-order them in this link today.
There is a reason for the lower prices during this period
We primarily produce skis in the summer and the earlier you order them before the season, the sooner we can order the material, estimate the size of the production and therefore offer you better prices. You can find out more about pre-order prices and how they work in this article.
The new SKADI skis are designed with longer radii than usual, which will be appreciated especially by skiers who prefer drifted turns, and you will also discover their advantages in steep chutes and narrow passages. Thanks to this, the skis are stable and, thanks to the linen blue print, they are properly cushioned. They are designed for both beginners in freeride and more experienced riders in difficult conditions. The lengths will also please people who need shorter skis, the spread is from 163, 169, 176 to 183 cm.
The iconic blue print linen surface of SKADI comes with a new logo, it is a design and functional surface at the same time. We have found that linen reduces the weight of the ski by approximately 200 g per pair.
The traditional blue print is protected under UNESCO in Central Europe, but you may not know where it came to us in Slovakia. Fabrics began to be dyed with indigo centuries ago in the Far East, and in Japan the technique of negative dyeing of fabrics with blue indigo extract has been practiced since the sixth century. Artisan dyers have preserved it here to this day, and the art of dyeing fabrics is called “Aizome” in Japan. Blueprinting was brought to Europe from the Orient by sailors and gradually became established in our country. Our linen blueprint canvases are dyed by Matej Rabada in Párnica, who restored the original blueprint workshop and follows our traditional dyeing and embossing process. The design we designed for the SKADI skis refers to the Japanese masters of origami birds, which you can find on the surface of the skis.
To make matters worse, we have added new lengths to the VESNA skis, so they are currently available in the widest range from 152, 155, 160, 166, 171 cm to 177 and 188 cm. The design of the VESNA skis is inspired by pine branches from our forests.
Don’t forget about the second generation of all-mountain skis with a tuned FROST 90 shape. We also have a new length of the hybrid 2-in-1 pair of LOTOR skis, 195 cm in width, 107 mm.
You simply can't stop development, which is why we have several novelties for the coming season that optimally complement the current Forest Skis offer. THRAK The special Forest ski touring ski is called THRAK. It is intended for long alpine crossings. The ski is in a lightweight carbon construction, but with a solid ash core [...]
If you thought that assembling a longboard is just a momentary matter, we have to prove you wrong. Just as you need to drill bindings on skis and only then you can ride them, you also need to attach trucks, insert bearings and add wheels to a longboard. And, of course, it is ideal if [...]
Do you also take waxing the base more like a relax than a duty? In the evening, before the next day full of riding and adventure, you pay attention to your skis. When you take good care of them, they will reward you with every turn… Thanks for the video, Ondřej Šimko (cinematography) and Honza …
If you are looking for something special, you can also customize your Forests with the entire original design of the topsheet. We pay attention not only to paintings on a wooden surface or personalization of your name, but also to the possibility of having your own specific design on skis. The technology that makes this [...]
